Black Lemon or dried lime has a unique tangy and slightly smoky flavour. Commonly used in Middle Eastern cooking, it adds depth to soups, stews, and rice dishes. Upon drying, it becomes concentrated in citric acid and limonene, giving it intense citrus notes and aromatic profile.  Its intense citrus notes enhance savoury recipes, with a distinctive twist. A key ingredient in Middle Eastern cooking, our Black lemon is used whole or ground, releasing flavour gradually during cooking.
