Upon drying, it becomes concentrated in citric acid and limonene, giving it intense citrus notes and aromatic profile. Its intense citrus notes enhance savoury recipes, with a distinctive twist. A key ingredient in Middle Eastern cooking, our Black lemon is used whole or ground, releasing flavour gradually during cooking.
