Because of the nature of food products, we're unable to accept returns of opened items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Delivery charges are refunded only where the return is a result of our error, such as a damaged or incorrect item.
Solid quality for the price. Delivery took a couple of days longer than hoped, but the product itself is fine. No real complaints.
