Monosodium Glutamate is a fermentation product, used globally in food preparation, especially in China and South East Asia. It is used as a flavour enhancer to bring out the natural taste of food. You can also bring the same taste of China when making Chinese or Thai at home by adding just a pinch of Spicemart MSG. With limited use, it helps improve the food taste making it a commonly used ingredient in both home and commercial cooking.
Sealed product is handled on premises that processes milk, nuts (including peanuts), seeds (including sesame seeds & mustard seeds), cereals, celery, soya & gluten.

Because of the nature of food products, we're unable to accept returns of opened items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Delivery charges are refunded only where the return is a result of our error, such as a damaged or incorrect item.
Good product overall. Flavour is good, though not quite as strong as I expected. Happy enough to order again.
