Our Lemon Peel Powder is one of the best alternatives for fresh lemon and offers a bright citrus aroma with a slightly bitter, zesty flavour. This dried form of the rind is made using dried lemon peel. This premium dried form of the lemon comes to you from Spicemart for seasoning blends and baking. With a clean, citrus lift, minus excess acidity, our dried lemon peel can be used in both sweet and savoury preparations. The drying process locks the essential oils, retaining all of the fresh, zesty nature of the fresh rind. It's excellent to balance the salty or sweet nature of some dishes.
