Burdock Root is a traditional herb having an earthy flavour, useful in herbal preparations and cooking. We offer it in cut form, which makes its use very easy, so you can use it right away in any preparation. It gives any dish a slightly sweet, woody flavour. Rich in dietary fibre, it helps in digestion and promotes a healthy gut. These are available all-through the year and their nutty taste complements many kinds of broths, dips, soups, and teas.
