Our Crystalised Ginger is made from the rhizome of Zingiber officinale, which is preserved in sugar. It contains gingerol and shogaol, compounds valued for their warming properties. Sweet and spicy, our crsyatallised ginger is used as digestive support and in nausea and ingestion. It is widely used in both food and herbal medicine. Often used in baking, confectionery, and beverages, you can use this in teas and infusions.
May contain traces of milk, nuts (including peanuts), seeds (including sesame seeds & mustard seeds), cereals, celery, soya & gluten.
