Added for its unique fragrance to enhance the flavour and aroma, it also helps reduce flatulence. It makes the final curry or dish easier to digest. Its solid resin form is ground or tempered in hot oil before using just a pinch to dals, curries, and vegetable dishes, Originating from India, Whole Asafoetida comes to you without any modification in completely natural form from farm to plate.
