The nutrient-dense fruits are made by removing water from fresh apricots, for a concentrated flavour and chewy texture. This dried fruit is high in natural sugars, vitamins A and E, potassium and iron, supporting overall health, including eye care and digestion. To use, slice, boil or crush lightly before use to release their natural sweetness.
