SpiceMart put together a selection of premium, aromatic spices in their Whole Mixed Masala. These are a balanced blend of whole spices carefully selected to add depth, aroma and warmth to cooking. They can be added to hot oil to release their flavour at the initial stage of cooking before adding the rest of the ingredients. It includes Star Anise, Black Cardamom, Cloves, Black Peppercorns, Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Cassia bark, and Bay Leaves. Excellent in biryanis, pulao, dals, meat dishes, as well as subjis. Roasting the whole spice mix and then grinding at home gives you a fresher masala powder. Extremely versatile, this is a pantry staple.
