SpiceMart White Peppercorns Powder has an earthy heat with a milder aroma as compared to the black pepper. It is sprikled over soups, white sauces, mashed potatoes, seafood, and other dishes that want to retain their white colour. Our quality pepper is made from ripe pepper berries with the outer skin removed, then dried and ground into a fine powder. This is a useful ingredient in seasoning mixes besides being used on its own. It adds warmth and flavour but won't mask the real taste of the dish. It can also be used in savoury batters and flour-based coatings.
