It is rarely used alone, works well with other herbs like oregano, parsley and chives, bringing out the best in every dish. Thyme brings flavour to pizzas, burgers, stews, marinades and more. Its concentrated flavour and long shelf life, means that it can be kept and you won’t need to replenish it frequently. Coming from the Lamiaceae family, adding just a little of this minty, tangy herbs is enough.
