Tea Masala Powder is a blend of spices that takes your ordinary tea to the flavourful and aromatic masala chai or spiced tea. It is a mix of spices like cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, fennel, and dry ginger. Both fragrant and flavourful, a tea-spoon of this powder will enhance the flavour of tea. Just add milk and sugar or jaggery, make it plain as this masala lends a sweetness to the tea. Anyone can prepare the traditional Indian masala chai with this masala.
