Spicemart Sumac No Salt is an excellent alternative to table salt, used in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cooking. This spice has a fantastic citrusy taste which is a great match with grilled meats, dips, rice dishes, and marinades. It has a light texture, deep red colour and a bright, lemon-like flavour. Replace salt with a sprinkle of Sumac over dishes like hummus, chips, yoghurt to get a refreshing, lemony finish. Its sourness matches well with simple dishes and also reduces the use of salt. Make sure you store it in an airtight container to maintain freshness and colour.
Sealed product is handled on premises that processes milk, nuts (including peanuts), seeds (including sesame seeds & mustard seeds), cereals, celery, soya & gluten.

Absolutely delighted with this. Delivery was quick and the packaging kept everything fresh. Will definitely be ordering again.
My go-to for this now. The flavour is so much better than what I've had from the supermarket. Highly recommend to anyone who cooks regularly.
Absolutely delighted with this. Used it in a curry the same day it arrived and the difference was noticeable straight away. Already recommended it to my family.
