Spice Mart Psyllium Husk is an easy way to introduce fibre in your diet. A natural source of fibre, derived from seeds of Plantago ovata, it has both soluble and insoluble fibre. Fibre binds the waste matter in the digestive tract and maintains its health by eliminating this waste and cleansing the body. It helps in constipation as well as for binding loose stool. It is also widely used in gluten-free baking as a binding agent.
Sealed product is handled on premises that processes milk, nuts (including peanuts), seeds (including sesame seeds & mustard seeds), cereals, celery, soya & gluten.
