Our aromatic Parsley are the dried form of their fresh greens of the Petroselinum crispum. It has a fresh, slightly peppery, herbaceous taste which is used as a flavourful garnish or finishing herb. It is dehydrated under controlled conditions to preserve flavour and colour. The fragrant spice powder is a part of daily cooking and is extensively used in Italian, Middle Eastern and French kitchens. Parsley adds a mild, fresh taste to soups, salads, sauces, and garnishes. Often used with rosemary, thyme and oregano, this is an Italian classic!
