These are used as a seasoning, in pickling, and as a tempering in Bengali dishes. At Spice Mart, we source our mustard seeds from reputed organic farms and process them to preserve their natural potency. Our mustard seeds are fresh, pure and full of flavour. They can be dry roasted or tempered in oil to release a pleasant aroma for improving the taste and aroma of the dish.
