These are a great source of gluten-free fibre and Alpha-Linolenic Acid (ALA) which is an Omega 3 essential fatty acid. To get their maximum benefits, these premium organic seeds can be added to cereals, porridge, smoothies, yoghurt, breads and bakery items which enhance its nutritional value and add a mild nutty taste.
