Also popular as an almond meal, the flour is versatile and a healthy substitute for corn and wheat flour. It is popular for baking sweets, cakes and biscuits. It can be used by vegans and is also easy to digest and gluten free. Almond flour is rich in protein and low in carbs and full of healthy fats. Our organic almond flour has no added sugar, preservatives or stabilizers.
