We source our Menthol Crystals from India and China.where they come from Mint oil extracted from Mint plants which are native to these regions. Traditionally used as a flavoring agent for their cooling effect and strong minty aroma.We offer it in dried crystalised form, which makes its use very easy, so you can add them right away in any preparation. Methol is also used in balms, inhalants, and aromatherapy applications. Just a pinch is used for flavouring confectionery and beverages.
Sealed product is handled on premises that processes milk, nuts (including peanuts), seeds (including sesame seeds & mustard seeds), cereals, celery, soya & gluten.

Because of the nature of food products, we're unable to accept returns of opened items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Delivery charges are refunded only where the return is a result of our error, such as a damaged or incorrect item.
