The nutrient-dense leaves are made by removing water from fresh leaves, adding a concentrated fresh, zesty flavour. SpiceMart lime leaves are fresh, pure and consistent in flavour. Our naturally dried leaves can be sliced, boiled or crushed lightly before use to release their natural flavours.
