Spice Mart Hungarian paprika powder is made from quality dried and select peppers, achieving a deep red colour and mildly sweet flavour. Hungarian paprika is obtained from dried Capsicum annuum peppers, which come as mild/sweet to hot and have a slightly smoky flavour. They are cultivated in Hungary and are traditionally used in goulash and chicken paprikash. It has a uniform consistency and mixes easily to add warmth without overpowering heat. Its powder form gives it a long shelf-life and proves to be economical too!
