When you want Edible Gum or Gond in a convenient ready to use form then we have this in Powder form. It is a processed form of natural plant resin, usually from acacia. Our powder is easier to use than whole pieces and blends smoothly into recipes. The gum is used to bind and add texture when making ladoos and other sweets. It has no flavour of its own so won’t change the taste of mixtures it is used in. Indian cuisione uses this in post pregnancy laddoos, energy bars, or desserts.
