They can be easily added, mixed or sprinkled for better texture and for their nutritional benefits. These seeds are full of warmth, fibre, protein, calcium, and magnesium. Native to the Himalayan mountains and a close cousin of the poppy, the blue poppy also has many medicinal qualities.
