Black Peppercorns are whole dried berries of the Piper nigrum vine, a flowering plant native to India's Malabar coast. Our peppercorns are high quality with a sharp, pungent flavour which comes from the compound piperine. These peppercorns can be freshly ground, to release a strong, spicy flavour to elevate the spiciness of a dish. Our whole peppercorns can be used in grinders, marinades, and spice blends. Stored in pouches which can be resealed, they keep their freshness and flavour intensity for a long time.
