Bay leaves are used in both fresh and dried form to add a subtle depth of flavour to dishes. They have a strong, slightly pungent aroma and add their distinct flavour to the dish, from biryanis and curries to meat and fish. Our  leaves are handpicked and carefully dried to retain their original form and qualities. It is an active ingredient of the famous Indian Garam Masala powder. The long, tapered leaves are also useful for many other purposes which support digestion and wellness.
